Prime Auto Center employs a sliding scale commission structure, where the percentage you earn increases as the item sells for a higher price on platforms like eBay, RVTrader, MachineryTrader, BoatTrader, Boats, Oodle, Craigslist, Kijiji, or Gumtree. On average, you receive approximately 89% of the item's selling price. Vehicles, boats, cars, motorcycles, and RVs have a listing fee of $20.00 and a flat 10% commission, with a minimum commission of $50.00.
To cover the necessary work for preparing and marketing your item for sale, including a comprehensive 63-Point-System-Check inspection, state safety inspection, basic interior and exterior cleaning, an item history report, ad copywriting, and various online listings, we charge an upfront fee of $299.00. If your car, travel trailer, or RV requires a full detailing, we offer the service for an additional $100.00 for sedans and $120.00 for trucks and SUVs. Upon successfully selling your item, we deduct a success fee directly from the sales proceeds. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours: if we don't sell it, we don't receive a success fee.

eBay fees are subject to change and typically fall within the range of 2-9%. As the end selling auction value increases, the eBay final value fee decreases.

On these marketplaces, items are typically listed for free by default.
