Upon delivery, Buyers undergo a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) conducted by an Prime Auto Center Technical Inspector. TITLES

Our Title Transfer service is designed to assist Buyers with the registration process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. This service covers all purchases made through our company. As part of the sales process, we involve lien holders such as finance and leasing companies. This ensures that all titles are thoroughly verified, and we guarantee their clarity. According to the Prime Auto Center Terms & Conditions, titles are delivered simultaneously with the purchased Item, providing Buyers with complete documentation at the time of delivery.

Prime Auto Center only accepts Items with titles that are:
  • Clear - An Item with a clear title has no accident history or has been involved in a minor accident where the cost of repairs was lower than the Item's write-off value.
  • Rebuilt - A rebuilt Item refers to an Item that was previously branded as salvage but has undergone repairs and reconstruction, followed by a reinspection. These Items are drivable; however, the rebuilt brand remains on the Item's title/registration documents permanently.
Prime Auto Center does not accept Items with titles that are:
  • Salvage - A salvage Item can be repaired, but the cost of repairs exceeds a predefined amount, often ranging from 75-100% of the Item's value. These Items require a structural safety inspection before they can be driven, and documentation of repairs and sources of repair parts may be necessary based on jurisdiction.
  • Irreparable - Irreparable Items are only suitable for use as parts or scrap and cannot be restored to a functional state.
  • Theft Recovery - While "stolen" is a status and not a brand, previously stolen Items are often discovered dismantled, vandalized, or destroyed due to arson. Many of these Items are branded and may be deemed irreparable.
  • Abandoned - Abandoned Items were left behind by their previous owners. While not necessarily a brand, this status may need to be disclosed in certain jurisdictions.

  • Ensure that You still have the option to return the Item. It is important to ensure that You still have the option to return the Item. If we do not hear back from You within seven days from the Item delivery date, we will assume that You are satisfied with the Item's condition, and the payment will be released to the Seller.
